It is Keto and Paleo-friendly, gluten free, and organic. These are available in various sizes. A special shaker is available.

The Quest Protein Shake is part of a line of high-protein snacks and meal replacements. It is a gluten-free, low-carb protein powder sold in chocolate, vanilla, and salted caramel. It boasts a simple recipe of only eleven ingredients.

310 Meal Replacement Shake: Reviewers were thrilled by the nutrition of this shake. At 110 calories, 2 grams of fat, and 7 grams of carbs, it is the perfect balanced shake to help with weight loss or maintenance. It’s also packed with protein (15 grams per serving) and dietary fiber (5 grams per serving). It contains 0 grams of sugar.

Quest Protein Shake: Customers were delighted with the very high protein content  (22 grams per serving), lack of sugar (0 grams per serving), low calorie content (100 per serving), low carbs (3 grams per serving) and lack of artificial sweeteners or controversial ingredients. The shake scored low, however, for its low dietary fiber (1 gram per serving), its not being organic, and the lack of superfoods included.

Uses and taste

310 Meal Replacement Shake: These shakes come in a variety of useful sizes, including on-the-go shakes and larger servings for those who want to commit to using the product long term. They also offer a starter kit and numerous recipes on their website. The company encourages users to mix the shakes with milk, fruits, and other items for variety and taste. Customers report a very good taste and enjoy the variety.

Quest Protein Shake: These shakes are available in powder form in 48 ounce tubs, or pre-mixed in one-serving portable sizes. When using the powder, it can be mixed with water or with milk to add even more protein. Users reported a delicious taste and feeling full for hours after drinking it. Others said it was very helpful for diabetic diets given its lack of sugar.

Price

310 Meal Replacement Shake: With a variety of sizes, this shake averages out to about $2.43 per serving.

Quest Protein Shake: Also available in multiple sizes, these shakes come out to a price-conscious $1.23 per serving.

The Verdict

Given its higher scores on the nutrition end of the reviews, 310 Meal Replacement Shake wins this race with a score of 9.1 out of 10 stars. The lack of superfoods and not being organic left the Quest Protein Shake at 7.5 out of 10 stars. However, it seems that both shakes taste great and are helpful for a variety of users, including those striving for weight loss, looking for workout support, or looking to control blood sugars.
