1UP Shake Review

Nutrition

The 1UP Vegan Protein Shake is very attractive to users due to its many nutritional benefits. The shake contains only 123 calories, no sugar, 2g of fat, 3g of carbs, and a terrific 24g of protein in each serving. There are no artificial sweeteners or controversial ingredients included. Customers were disappointed with the lower amount of dietary fiber, at only 1.5 g, and the fact that the shakes are low on superfoods. Overall though, the product’s nutritional profile is quite impressive. It is made from and organic Non-GMO Protein Blend, Organic Natural Flavors, Organic Natural Cocoa, Organic Coconut Oil, & Organic Stevia Extract. It is a vegan product.

Uses

Like most protein shakes, 1UP can be added to 10 oz of water or milk. Some users have also mixed it into smoothies and The recommended use is twice a day for avid exercisers.

Flavors

The 1UP Vegan Protein Shake comes in chocolate, vanilla, key lime avocado, carmel toffee macchiato, peanut butter, and banana bread flavors. Banana bread, chocolate, and vanilla are the most popular, according to the website.
